Lone Star can provide purchasing, accounting, payroll and travel services to companies with staff located at Lone Star.

SECURITY PROGRAM

Lone Star has the personnel and equipment to provide and maintain an efficient and effective plant security program 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The plant's security program consists of protection of personnel and facilities, industrial security functions, property control, patrols and inspections, traffic control, investigative activities, preservation of order, access control, alarm systems monitoring, crime prevention, and intelligence program management and information control.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAM

Protection of all elements of the environment is a primary consideration in an industrial operation as large and diverse as Lone Star. We have a diligent, experienced, highly-qualified environmental and industrial hygiene services staff that works closely with all federal and state environmental agencies involving all aspects of the operations. Proactive programs of employee awareness and training have been implemented to reduce the potential for incidents. The environmental program at Lone Star strives to protect the work force as well as the environment.

FIRE PROTECTION AND AMBULANCE SERVICE

Lone Star has a fully-staffed fire department as well as a nurse and medical technicians on staff.

Hazard control engineers analyze all operations to assure adherence to the highest safety standards.
